Sold wrong sized quartz banger (a 10mm instead of a 14mm which isn't even the common size) after having to replace the same 14mm I had bought the previous day, went back within 15 and told all sales are final on glass despite the glass being unused and only the package being opened. Was told "didn't even know there were different sizes" The person helping was kind but I'm assuming due to company policy was unable to issue a refund or any kind of store credit there and then Currently working with the customer service to attempt a resolution.

They have a wide variety of disposible options, juice, and an honestly overwhelming amount of choice. I have never left dissatisfied, as the few times my vape cratered upon leaving the box, they always made sure I left with something working! Good vibes, good music, and a great selection 👌

Bought two vapes on sale that became burnt and unusable within two hours. Returned the next day and was offered absolutely nothing. NO replacement, refund, or credit—due to an unreasonable customer policy. Very poor customer service and product quality. Would not recommend. Mustang has better places to go. Highly recommend using your business elsewhere.

Do not recommend buying any “Discounted” vape products here. I purchased three on 02/04/2026 and tested them in-store as recommended, which was witnessed by staff who recognized me as a frequent customer. They tasted fine initially, but within 5–10 hits each, all three became burnt and unusable. I returned the very next day asking for any type of store credit and was denied due to their posted policy. While I understand the policy and concerns about misuse, customers shouldn’t have to heavily test multiple vapes just to make sure their money doesn’t go to waste before leaving the store. This situation could have been handled better, and I won’t be returning.

Staff is nice but management and their return policies are trash. Been using them for years and I always check the juice before leaving. Forgot this one time and the juice was very yellow compared to another bottle, see pictures. For this particular brand it really effects the flavor. They refused to exchange an unopened and stilled sealed bottle. So much for customer loyalty.
