I used to go to this Walmart all the time but here lately every time I have went to pick up my orders there is a problem. Then when I call the store to try to get it resolved everyone transfers me back and forth and the issues still never gets resolved. It's like they just put you on hold, just hoping that you will hang up. I've been overcharged on items many times and I just recently picked up an order this morning that I had items that were opened and got over charged on items again. But when I call the store I keep getting transferred no one can help me blah blah blah. So this Walmart is turning into all the other Walmarts and it's always just a bunch of crap now. So I'm going to have to find another grocery store because I'm done with getting overcharged and all the BS. If you do get overcharged then you have to go inside. There is a reason why I do pick up instead of going inside to buying my groceries! But sure just let me stop what I'm doing and go in & fix Walmart's mistakes AGAIN. Shaking my head, it's sad that this Walmart was great but now is turning out to just be like all the other crummy Walmarts.

The Newcastle Walmart stands out for being clean and consistently well stocked. Shelves are organized, aisles are clear, and it’s noticeably easier to shop compared to busier locations. I’ve found specialty items here that were out of stock elsewhere. Overall, it feels managed well and maintained with care. Their Marketside prepared foods could step it up a notch!

The employees are nice, its just not to Walmart standards. There is stuff misplaced, mismarked and the pickup orders will get ya run over in the store. Not enjoyable. We go to Spencer's now.

the store was very clean and well-stocked I asked an employee where a certain item was and not only only did she tell me which aisle is on she showed me and that meant a lot to me thank you for the great customer service

Its walmart. This one is smaller. Not so well stocked. Customer service is great.
