NW23rd and MacCarthur . 3rd time in short time period . The store is swamped in daytime hours and there is only 1 person doin their best to handle the very busy location. Parking lot had more than half a dozen patrons @ the pumps. Management is failing to make sure there is adequate staffing. Same solo employee those 3 times steady handling lines of people. Shame 7 11

DONT COME HERE I'm going to start by saying I've come to this location frequently, if not daily, in my time living in the townhome across the street, never once have I had any problems until tonight (02/22/2026 7:00pm) and I will NOT be coming back. I went to purchase 4 drinks. The lady asked for my I.D saw I only had a single big bill and immediately snapped at me saying she wasn't taking any large bills. All I asked her was why she proceeded to inform me of the sign. I accepted my loss and went to leave before I even took two steps. She rudely commented on how she couldn't believe how people come in here with no change, and I'd already been having a rough day, so I responded accordingly. I'm not proud of it and I do apologize for behaving the way I did, knocking off the closed register sign and cussing at her. I was just upset by the unnecessary comment and I understand that's not an excuse. At the same time, this situation could have been handled more professionally. I'm not an unreasonable man.

Ok people . 711 is lok. But the laradotaco is bad. I spent 24 bucks on 4 tacos and a quesadilla. Its been a good while since ive had bad food. It was all the same beef ir chicken witj bell pepers onions. Cone on people . Its a chain restaurant..and they are usually the same no matter whete you are. Like McDonald's or chick fila. Save yoir money . Go across the street to the other store and order a pizza They are.pretty good.

HOW CAN THE WORKERS OF THIS LOCATION TOLD THEIR CUSTOMERS that bathroom was no longer for the public, but for employees only. Thos is ONE of the reasons why ON CUE is winning by large the battle agains this ancient gas station... Personal 1000% more diligent with their customers, class ONE bathroom services, and more variety and selection of goods. ON CUE if you listening, please open one close to this location. REALLY CLOSE!

I come to this location daily and have had repeated issues with one employee, Darliesha. She has been rude and disrespectful toward me and even threatened to fight me while she was on shift, which is completely unacceptable behavior in a workplace. On multiple visits, I’ve seen her making TikTok videos instead of focusing on customers. There was also a time she gave out incorrect change, and I have personally witnessed her giving away Big Gulps for free. When I tried to call the store to file a complaint with her manager, she hung up the phone on me. As a former 7-Eleven employee, I understand company standards, and this behavior does not reflect them. I believe management should seriously look into this situation. I hope it is addressed appropriately.
