I have been coming to AF smoke shop. Periodically because I do my laundry next door when I came in one day little lady behind the counter was very kind and assisted me with everything that I needed I even asked extra questions and she provided answers for me she was so very kind and thoughtful and I enjoy just coming here to purchase things just so that I can visit with Aruna. THANK YOU SO MUCH ARUNA FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND THOUGHTFULNESS OF EACH CUSTOMER THAT COMES TO YOUR STORE GREAT JOB!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! My gf and I both buy vapes here. Went it and bought a vape for $25 which is a little higher than most, but took a puff off vet walked out the door took a second puff it shut off and says ERROR so I walked back in the store. Let her know the issue and asked if I could exchange it for one that works. She goes on to tell me that she will not let me exchange it because I walked out the door I said well I literally just bought this two minutes ago she expressed she didn’t care and that they would not exchange it. I expressed that my girlfriend and I live just right down the road come in all the time she knows who I am and would she rather lose a customer than just exchange something that was broke when I bought it two minutes prior she just shook her head, stared at me and didn’t say anythin. Never seen a vape shop do this will not be back. My girlfriend won’t be back and I will tell everyone the warning. I’m leaving today because no one should have to get $25 stolen from them for selling broken crap what company does not let you exchange something that you bought two minutes prior. I llve how they reply trying to make it look like I didnt like the flavor and thats the reason I was trying to return it. Sooo dumb it was the flavor i always get! READ THE POST !!!! the VAPE WAS BROKEN and she wouldn’t let me just exchange it for the SAME FLAVOR!! Again horrible owners/manager/employees

I absolutely LOVE this place. They have a little bit of everything, the employees are SUUUPER nice, and they are fairly priced compared to other vape/smoke shops. 420 friendly too ✨🖤

I had spent over $300 in a new vape, batteries, and juice. Gor it back home in Enid, charged it the batteries and all that just for it now to work.. now these people aren't trying to exchange it or let me have my money back or anything.. im very unpleased with this company and the staff at this shop..
