I work on the road and it’s hard to bring leftovers with me or a packed lunch. I started to run out of options and I decided to give Casey’s pizza a try. Let me tell you, the dough is soooo fresh!!! I had it for lunch one day, went back the next day and started my Monday off this week with another slice. I really only eat cheese pizza but the pizza is so good that I’ve been eating pizza with meat toppings!! I am now interested in trying other hot food options but I can’t pry myself away from the pizza! 🍕 Oh and the cookies are OTHERWORDLY DELICIOUS! And the restrooms are exceptionally clean!!

I am submitting this review to express my concern about the level of customer service I experienced during a recent visit. The cashier on duty—identified by brightly colored hair—was unprofessional and displayed a noticeably rude attitude toward me. As a long-time Casey’s customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This encounter was disappointing and inconsistent with the service standards I have come to associate with your stores. I urge management to review staff training and reinforce professional conduct to ensure that all customers receive fair and respectful treatment in the future. The customer service is horrible. Only one checker for a line of 8 people. Go to 7-11! Better service & way cheaper prices on EVERYTHING

AS far as i know, i work a street away, so many morning i will go there get my coffee, customer service, the guy is great, gives great tips on deals and always been able toget my gas no problem.

Don’t try to order anything off the app and actually expect it to be ready on time. I get to the store and she’s still waiting on the grease to heat up. So yall don’t keep your kitchens ready to cook food?! Why quote someone 15 minutes if the food won’t be ready in 15 minutes?? Why have a kitchen if it’s not even ready to cook food?! I guess it won’t matter now that 95% of the Casey’s stores are now closing early and won’t be 24 hrs anymore. The only reason I shopped here was for the food. The snacks are overpriced and the Case’s brand food suck anyways. I would say do better but I’d say that’s beyond anyone’s scope that works here.
