📍 Crest Foods 🗓️ 05/22/2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Decent location 📍 and it gets the job done for a quick run 🛒 — but overall it's pretty middle-of-the-road 🤷‍♂️. Coming from Kroger back in Texas, the difference in selection is hard to miss 📉 — shelves here just aren't as stocked and the variety feels thinner across the board. Prices are fair 💵 and the basics are covered ✅, but if you're hunting for specific brands or specialty items you might leave empty-handed 🫤. Convenient? Yes. Impressive? Not really. Fine in a pinch, just not my go-to 🛍️

My spouse and I just moved here and we just started shopping at Crest grocery store today. They have excellent prices that are even much cheaper than Walmart. The grocery store was nicely set up and cleaned. And the employees were very friendly and very helpful when I was looking for something. And the cashier that my Husband and I cashed out with was very friendly and made us feel welcome. I definitely give this store a 10 and we will be shopping here more often.

The meat looked old. The customer service was awful. Not a smile in the whole store. Everyone looked unhappy to be there. I knew better than to go here instead of Yukon but I gave it a shot since it’s closer to home, I will never go back. Thanks Yukon for doing it right!

EV charging stations at this location are constantly being blocked by vehicles that are not actively charging, despite the spaces being clearly marked EV-only. It has happened repeatedly and makes the chargers unreliable for customers who actually need them. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. After attempting to raise legitimate concerns, I was spoken over, dismissed, and eventually hung up on. Corporate follow-up was also nonexistent despite multiple attempts to contact them. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve dealt with in a long time. It gave the impression that customer concerns simply do not matter at this location. I hope management seriously reevaluates both the handling of customer concerns and the enforcement of EV charging access going forward.

Horrible long checkout waits, at least a 100 percent increase from a year ago. Fewer staff, baggers are all gone. I've shopped at that store for years and it is no where near what it used to be, it has become just another Wal-Mart. I abandoned a cart tonight after waiting in line for over 15 minutes. I've never done that before, but their contempt for their customers has to have a limit. What happened to the Crest we knew?
