Smokers Hub 2.0 is one of those spots that gets it. 💯 The shelves stay stocked with the newest heat 🔥, the prices are solid 💸, and the customer service is always on point. Everybody's cool, knowledgeable, and they actually care about helping people instead of just making a sale. That's rare. The owner clearly knows what they're doing because they're always bringing in products people actually want. 👏 That's why every time I stop by, there's something new to check out. If you're anywhere near Northwest Expressway, quit wasting time going to average smoke shops and pull up. 🤝 You'll see why this place has people coming back. Great place! The staff is pleasant and have my product ready before I get to the register. Could use more products. Such as vape selection. But otherwise A+.

Been coming in for over a year now and the people who work here are awesome! They're always kind and have conversations with you. I was just in there and the owner gave me a new product to try, very kind of him!

I went in to buy a vape and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, the store smelled nice. AJ even helped me pick out a great device. Will definitely visit again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service was really bad and the staff was rude. The bald guy working there was rude when I went in to buy a vape, and it honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. Not a good visit at all, and I won’t be going back.
