I recently visited the Tobacco Exchange on Eastern Ave, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The owner, Kyle, truly stands out with his extensive knowledge about tobacco products. He was incredibly cordial and welcoming, making me feel like a regular customer from the moment I walked in. Kyle took the time to understand my preferences and offered tailored recommendations that really enhanced my visit. The atmosphere of the shop is inviting, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. I left feeling informed and excited about my purchases. I highly recommend the Tobacco Exchange for anyone looking for a great selection and exceptional service. I'll definitely recommend this place

John is one of the most friendliest and awesome people I have ever met. This place is very welcoming, the humidor has a huge selection, the environment is laid back and prices are fantastic. I am still relatively new to the cigar world and have always been made to feel like an old friend every time I have been in. Also some of the best pipe blends I have had, which isn't many, but they definitely have my favorite so far.

Great shop with amazing selection. Knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming staff who will either find what you’re looking for or make suggestions based on your taste. Haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying the smoking lounge but I’ll be sure to drop in one day soon.

Great cigar lounge. I was just in there, great cigars and the guy who was working there was super chill and smoked with us

What a great store, really nice assortment and a super friendly/helpful owner.
