I'm new to the Pipe smoking hobby and stopped in here after doing some research on my own. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I had any questions. I asked several and they were all answered with patience. I found a pipe that I really liked and we talked about the "Pros/Cons" of the different types and styles of pipes. I had an idea about what tobacco I wanted to try first and they had it in stock. I was able to make a purchase and have enjoyed both the pipe and tobacco I bought that day. I'll definitely be back to restock on tobacco and probably to add to my new pipe collection. Thanks for the help.

Great shop. I have been coming to this place for years to buy my cigars. They are always knowledgeable about the cigars. They have great customer service. Also here lately I have been hanging out in the lounge. Nice conformable place to talk, relax and enjoy some great cigars. and try new ones too.( Nice place) I definitely recommend this place.

If I could leave a negative Star I would. We were just in there from out of town. All the way from witchta and we stopped in this little store, and I do mean little with a little bitty, humidor every time we come to town. And the squirrely little man that was working in there was very, very rude to me, and ask me to leave, didn't even give me the chance to tell him that I was waiting on my husband to come out of the humidor. All I could do was start crying. You made me feel like such an ass. A low life. That's needless to say. We will never, ever go back to that one again. And I will leave a review every chance that I get. I might add that the squirrely little man likes to says this is just an unfortunate misunderstanding." To other bad reviews. Well I've never been so humiliated in my life! I know you'll not care two cents, then again that's what your little cigar shack is worth.

They have a knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Wide selection of cigars. Having gone to many cigar shops throughout the city I have found them to be the best value.

This place took care of me When I just needed a simple part For my Zippo that I had been trying to get going. I found the lighter but I didn’t have the spring to hold the flint in. Well I tirelessly sought out to find one and I tried alot of local places and thought, ok I’ll give this place a try. Mind you, this was on the phone. The gentle man was very kind and went above and beyond. He knew exactly what I needed . it even had a hand written note that said Josh needs this spring’. Thanks again.
