Although the store didn’t have the item I was looking for (it was a rare request so no worries) the man that answered was super nice and offered an alternative item. I Really appreciate the wonderful customer service! :)

I have been needing some vape juice all week, finally after getting paid today I was excited to make a purchase, Walked in and was greeted with an eye roll bc forgive me, she had to walk from behind one counter to the other side where the juices are. She was monotone and seemingly annoyed and miserable to be there GETTING PAID, helping customers. And to wrap it all in a nice package , after saying I wasn't in the computer , although I've purchased from here many times, she wouldnt even sell me the juice I wanted bc I didn't have my DL on me, I even said I have it on my phone, and she was just determined to not sell me what I wanted and I just don't understand why? I don't understand how a business can survive turning away sales? Thanks for nothing Edit: I traveled 1.5 mi north to 18 gauge at 89 and May and was immediately welcomed and not made in was an annoying burden and was able to purchase the juice I had been so excited to purchase.

Every time I come here, Mitch and Christina knows exactly what I get and they’re always helpful on telling me about new items I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is getting any Kratom or vape products! I love it here!

Christina is an amazing employee very helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve definitely had my share of bad experiences with one of the guys that has worked there several months now he’s honestly rude 99% of the time and acts like he doesn’t care if customers return or not. All in all the variety and prices are good they always have the juice and coils we need! But it’s always a great experience when she’s working and it’s appreciated!

I couldnt buy my juice with cash because the register didn't have change... I had $20 that's insane.... I have loved all of the other locations ive been to but this one was terrible. The lady working there was great tho.
