I have been to this store 3 times, 2 of which I was waited on by Leslie. This girl is amazing, very friendly and outgoing, very helpful. I will definitely be going here more. Great job!

They deleted my review rather than reaching out to discuss it, the lady that works here is extremely rude, impatient and aggressive. Nobody even has time to see what you guys have for sale because she rushes you and acts like this is not her job or responsibility, just glad to see other reviews like mine that acknowledge that since the owner just wanted to get rid of mine I guess. That woman literally started trying to square up when I called her out for it.

I got a $15 voucher in the mail from here, so I came in to see what I could use it for. I was greeted with a comment about being yet another person coming in with a coupon. It was said lightly, and in no way offensive. They have a great variety of stuff, but I didn't see prices listed anywhere. I hate having to ask because I feel like I'm being a pain. This visit, I think the employee agreed. I asked "how much are these?" indicating a shelf with a bunch of tinctures. They looked at me and said, "you want to know the price of ALL of them?" That just stuck with me as a crazy question to ask a customer when there are NO prices listed. Do normal people just shop for things without having any idea how much they cost? Anyway, I care more about the actual service than I do about attitude, so I'm gonna give 5 stars anyway :)

A big shout out and thanks to the lovely and elegant Lesly / Leslie In spite of her being busy with customers, she greeted me and acknowledged that someone walked in. That’s a big plus , Give that lady a raise for handling business as well. I’m not a regular to this place, but the times that I do pull up it’s always a good experience.

Had neat stuff and I like that it’s 24 hours but for the first time in, the girl wasn’t very enthusiastic and wasn’t the best at customer service. She wasn’t rude but didn’t seem too interested to tell us any of the deals going on or to interact with us at all. We normally go down the street but our normal store was closed and we wanted to try a new place, not sure if we will be coming back.
