The owner tried to help me save some money by digging through a box of parts to find a new tank for my vape that I dropped and broke instead of trying to force me to buy a new one, unfortunately for me I ended up buying a new one anyway but it's well worth the customer service for your marijuana needs CBD oils and vapor supplies

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick Customer service associates at the two locations I've been to several times, and those said Locations are Owasso in service road beside Classic Chevrolet off of 86th St north. The other location is South 71st street between Lewis, and Peoria... Thank you very much for great customer service from employees of both locations, always... I let others know about you all as well..

10/01/25 EDIT: Lowered my review from a five star down to a one star. This is in light of recent experiences. I guess the honeymoon phase is over. To say the least, I was extremely stoked to be able to get rewarded on frequent purchases, but unfortunately, we are not able to get points on cigarettes, which makes no sense. You should be able to earn points on any purchase unless it is expressively said somewhere in the program. However, it does not state that anywhere. It seems like it’s a rule that was just magically made out of thin air. Furthermore, they change more frequently than the season in regards to their discounts for bulk purchases. If you purchase 50+ on a particular item like pre-rolls, they give a pretty good discount, but now they are not giving near that discount. They also have increased prices on certain products, which we frequently purchased. I would understand if this was due to economical concern, but they didn’t even purchase more product before increasing the price, we are still waiting to get a shipment in of the things that we wanted. Lastly, another reason for diminishing the review, is due to their business practices. You would think, more business equals better business. Yet, for some reason, they are not willing to invite more business and instead decided to discard promotional products put in to their store. If they didn’t want the promotional products put there, they should’ve told me so beforehand. Instead, they brightly displayed it, and then discarded it in the trash. The set up cost me approximately $40.00.Dollars and zero cents, and I have made them substantially more money than that. I switched over business from a local smoke shop to give them more tobacco and vape business, but they completely discarded that. It’s not the employees faults, it’s whomever the manager and owner is of this establishment. Their moral compass is completely out of calibration. Just as Quiktrip lost their customer, for dumb reasons, now, unfortunately, I have to seek another location for these needs. There is substantially too much competition in each field to act like this. If you’re changing policies, all you have to do is state so. If you’re raising prices, that’s understandable, but how are you in increasing prices if you haven’t even ordered the new product in yet? Did that product somehow increase in price while sitting there? Lastly, as I will, reiterate, not allowing people to earn rewards points for all purchases is absolutely flabbergasting. I would understand if I could not redeem monetary value on certain products due to limited or lower profit margins, but not earning them at all is a dealbreaker. Large and Stocked. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Sydnie has always been a joy in helping select edibles and THC-A/Delta 8-9 products. Conveniently located off Owasso’s expressway- this makes the perfect final stop before heading home. Whether looking for incense in your living space, something to relax or just some new accessories, give Cloud Chaserz a quick visit and explore their premium products. Forgot to mention their reward program! Love getting rewarded for my purchases and frequent visits, you can choose to redeem more frequently at $5 or pile your points up! Highly recommend this store- it has become one of my favorites in Owasso!
