I’ve been coming to this vape shop for a long time, and I’ve always had great experiences here, which is why this was so surprising. On 8/2/2026 at around 7:20 PM, a newer employee appeared to be having a difficult time. He wasn’t speaking clearly, wasn’t making much sense, and the interaction felt very unprofessional. A couple of days earlier, I also saw him sleeping on the couch while he was supposed to be working. I genuinely like this shop and the staff, so I’m leaving this review because I hope management is aware of the situation and can address it. This experience was very out of character compared to the excellent service I’ve received here over the years.

BUYER BEWARE Employees are openly scamming people and will charge more than posted pricing if you point it out they will refuse to look at their own price tag and argue with you, embarrassing for the store. I have been going here since open, never again. Do Better! Edit : I’ve never been to your store? How did I have points to spend from my account? Maybe check your system again It was the owasso store I was literally just there the one attached to a dispensary. Your employees are scamming people!

Best customer service around, patient with customers trying to find new things! Great selection all around, fast and easy!! Solid point system for saving a buck, always something new in the store every visit! This is my non-stop vape shop!

Great staff with excellent customer service. I have been going here since they were on the other side of the strip center. They have grown exponentially with a solid variety of product such as the fun selection of glass. I bought a ROOR medium straight tube water bubbler & it is my baby now also all thanks goes to my friend Jeremy who sold it me!! Thank you!
