I meet two of the nicest people at Cloud 9 Roland. Jeff & Mary were very informative. Anytime I asked a question they knew exactly what i was talking about. I'm from out of town this will always be my place to stop at. Not only do they sell vapes they sell several things you can pick up. Looking for a Squishy Bun they have those! Two little kids are going to very excited! Don't forget the Cube Squeeze Ball! It's nice to meet people that make sure you are taking care of and they don't hate their job. If your like me and need to call them because your 4 states away driving... good luck. They don't want to answer their phone at all. Tried about 5 different times and nothing. You guys should keep in mind just because you see a different area code doesn't necessarily mean it's a solicitor

They have a wide selection of vapes, always havey favorite in stock and they'll order anything you like. Les is awesome and always super helpful if you have questions. He doesn'tind taking the time to answer but honestly everyone in there gives great service. 10/10 on experience alone. Couldn't recommend this cloud 9 enough.

I love Roland cloud 9 bcuz of the drive thru and always friendly energy from staff. Especially Mary, she is always so sweet and I’m happy to see her when I roll thru. & Their prices on all products are hard to beat!

The Roland Cloud 9 is so organized the people who work there are always friendly and welcoming they take their time to answer any of your questions to find the product or items that works or best fits your needs I will not go anywhere else I’d rather wait and make the trip out of my way to go to this specific cloud 9 just because of the customer service they provide also the always have their products stocked fresh and if they don’t have they will order whatever you need I’m very impressed with the service here!
