I wasn't gonna say anything but I can't take it anymore with that manager he is the rudest person I've ever met and it's just gettin worse. I started comin about a year ago and since then it's just a progressive decline in service. Funny how someone can remember you two or three days in a row and then suddenly forget you exist and refuse you a lighter and papers because you left your ID at home and you are clearly a regular and you never had a issue before. It's just whatever mood he's in that day I guess. Not to mention, maybe you wanna check your cameras because like I said I didn't wanna say anything, but I'm sick of his ugly attitude. You see and hear it with other customers all the time...but anyway, back right before summer, this dude was on the phone with someone and he was hitting the walls right there in front of us all, kicking the baseboard trim, hitting the counters, throwing the b and c word around LOUD...I mean throwing a fit. Such a horrible way to act in front of people!. Well I have had enough and I won't be coming back now. I'm sick of how the manager behaves and you guys ain't doing nothing about it! Look at the bad reviews he gets!! If I could leave a 0 start I would!!

Bought a device and went in several times with the same issue and basically told i need to keep buying parts for a brand new vape that I really didn't get to use. A beautiful ending is i went somewhere else and they were so nice they fixed the problem by totally replacing it for me, the kind of customer service I should have gotten here

Wish I could give this place negative 5 starts the manager is an absolute liar. He lied about the Juice I bought saying that it's the same one and that they just changed the name of it which was a lie and when I came back because the coils that they gave were not the correct ones he promised me that they would fit and when they did not he refused to exchange them. They have lost me as a customer. And i am telling you DONT SHOP HERE....EVER!!!!!

I only go to this vape shop because all the people that work there are so awesome! They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I feel at home when I walk in the door because they always help me figure out my vape issues without charge. All who work there are amazing. Oh and I heard someone left a bad review about the attitude of one of the workers there named Jessica. WTH she is so sweet and kind and very helpful as they all are. I think they and their products are amazing!!!!!!!

Jess, Dom and Sterling are the best people I have ever met! I drive miles just to come to this store and see these people, even if I don't buy anything. I consider these people my kids and family! The prices and the availability of what I need is always vast. You'll never be disappointed, and if you are, it's probably your own fault. Love these guys and this store! Always clean and neat, too!
