just left a few minutes ago literally one of the vapes is miss firing and now doesn’t work can’t return it cause once you leave the store you can’t return it whats funny is literally any other place something wrong with it you can return it in a couple days like seriously it’s not hard to up date store policy. staff is super nice nothing against them its more so the owner again not hard to up date store policy

Me and my wife got two raz disposables from there and while hers tasted fine,mine tasted sour and old even though they came out of the same sealed box,when I asked for a replacement since I spent $21 Dollars on an expired vape they said they couldn't do anything since I left the store 15 mins ago,I understand precautions for scams but that's actually ridiculous,will be sticking to dark vapor and I recommend y'all do too

Employees are absolutely amazing. They honestly deserve a raise for how great they are! I love the wide selection of juices as well as the rewards system. I’ve been going here loyally for over a year now. However I have noticed a pattern over the last few months. They will sell the really popular coils/pods needed for my vapes and then all of a sudden stop. Please bring back G3 pods and your other geek vape coils. I’ve had to start going to other places and I don’t want to. You’re losing a ton of money by not stocking them. It’s been months now with no restock.
