Matt was so incredibly helpful and had the replacements part I needed in stock. He helped me troubleshoot my issue! I was very thankful too that he offered shipping as well since I am originally from out of town and just in town for a festival. Will 1000% use these guys every time I come to Talequah. Sold me a dud pen for $21 dollars. When I brought it back for a refund the lady told me that yes it was broken and they refused to offer me a refund. Overpriced scammers!! I bought it the day before! Never go here unless you want none working products!! Claimed the pen I bought wasn't an auto draw which you can clearly see that it is!! They don't care that you wasted hard earned cash!!!

I've been in some pretty decent shops, this one ,however, has a huge selection of overpriced merchandise ...and the sales girl has zero customer skills...it was like trying to interact with a wall....the owner however is a nice guy, first time I went there he was helpful, however his staff is the reason I will not step foot in there again. ..for what I paid for what I bought I could've bought double at Evo....and in fact is where I'll be going from now on...atleast the girl there was very informative and had better social skills than a brick.

The girl that was working was not friendly or helpful at all and had no personality what so ever. Tried talking to her and she didn't even speak want to speak to us. We will never go back to that store at all actually the only thing she said to us was idk maybe EVO has it so guess where we went and go great customer service. EVO is the place to go. Thanks for the recommendation!! 🤣

Super friendly employee didn't get his name but he wore a beanie really cool guy. awesome selection aswell very good prices and quality pieces Definitely going to keep coming back. I bought a bunch of stickers too
