Ive been using this smoke shop for the past year. I can’t say that I’ve had friendly employees however I’ve never experienced being accused of a crime in my life until today. They literally lost a loyal customer. I’m 42 years old and accidentally transferred my money to My Sons cash app card. He is 14 years old and I have never used his card but had grabbed it this morning, Because of my mistake. I ordered a pack of Marlboro light 100’s and handed the man the cash app card. He returned it saying it was declined, I questioned this. I then told the man, it’s my son’s card I accidentally transferred all I had to his card and just took it for needs this morning. He says you may want to call him and make sure it’s unlocked. I immediately called him on speaker and handed the man the last cash I had. “in case of cash…$12 my son answers, I ask if his card is unlocked he says yes and then says $11.30 frontier smoke shop…. I say to the man at the window, Hey are you sure it didn’t go through? Suddenly, i hear a woman’s voice say, no it didn’t, would you like the receipt so in case it does you can call right up for a refund smiling ear to ear talking very fast. listen people we all know sarcasm….it was the rudest kindest reply there is. I said why are you being so sarcastic and rude? The man says, she’s not. I said, is that the manager? The man says, yes. I said I don’t understand why she acted that way… he says to me, “because maybe you shouldn’t buy cigarettes for underage kids!!!“ THIS man has seen me as a repeat customer with a pack of cigarettes sitting next to me before purchase same brand I bought there two days before. I said excuse me?!! I just told you that’s my 14 year old son and my money is on his cash app card so I grabbed it for my needs today! HOW dare you accuse me of that! I despise that I smoke already much less would I ever help anyone else and a child at that!!! A simple ma’am you can’t purchase with the card because hes underage I would have totally understood! i figured i control his account anyway and have never used one!! I will never go back and I buy frequent and top brand. You lost a loyal customer and will continue to with the staff in that building!! I will be going above the manager now! ZERO STARS

Bought here for over 20 years and their guy working this morning lost them customer. For the 1st time I ever asked for cost of what i wanted he refused to tell me.

This is the only place I go! I’ve always been treated with kindness by the staff. Fast & Friendly Service

Love this place but not a big enough selection of cigars. They always only have a two pack. They never have anything other than swisher sweets. Not very much selection. The staff is awesome! Always friendly and courteous. Great atmosphere! Just not very good selection.

September 20, 2025: I have been there twice this week and it appears to be closed. Signs are down at the window. What's up?
