Nirvana is my definite go to for all of our businesses needs. Their selection is amazing and always priced right! The staff is excellent but I just love V. She always treats us like long lost family and is always so knowledgeable about every single product! She’s worth her weight in gold and a true asset to the store. I haven’t found customer service like that in a long time and it is very much appreciated! Nirvana deserves 5 stars in my book all day long!

This place used to be so good. Since gabby left, the customer service is horrible. V over charges us or tells us the wrong prices every single time. She Never apologizes. Then tries to tiptoe around a refund. We don’t recommend shopping here when everything you need and can get here you can get from 7star distribution and for better prices.

Wonderful experience. The manager helped me set up an account so effortlessly, it was my first time in the store. I had a long list of stuff and everything I needed was there! I had the help of the most excellent, most knowledgeable Aria & all I can say is I hope she’s working next time I come in. I couldn’t have done it without her! Thanks for everything.
