On April 23rd 2026 I bought cigars at GJ’S ( my wife went there first & bought for our trip out of the country ) came home & opened one packet & discovered what looks like old packets. Went back to give them the feedback & exchange the lady sent me to their other i usually shop at to show them the packets. This situation could have been solved easily but they decided to ignore the fact & didn’t make it right . Every time we travel out of the state or country,I patronize them & now it’s been two months & nothing has been done.

They have a good selection, prices beat Wild Side on Foger's by a lot. Girl who works the counter comes off a little unfriendly but I think she is just quiet.

Pretty awful customer service. Lady seemed super mad that I was in the store. Only one word answers and pointing from this employee. I certainly will not be back, which is disappointing, because the prices are decent, and they have a good selection. Wild Side is 1000% more friendly.

What a selection!!! I needed papers, and boy do they have papers. I’m greeted by a friendly face every time I walk in the store. It’s quick, convenient, and fairly priced. The friendly staff is what keeps me coming back!

Best smoke shop in Eugene. The owners are both amazing women and super friendly. The cigar selection is decent, they keep my brand in stock. Keep up the good work, ladies.
