This place is awesome been going there for a long time. Best insense around. Everybody is nice and friendly. Going there makes my day. Even if I don't talk. Lol ... I'll be going there today 🩷

The best smoke shop in the area and great prices. They have a little bit of everything for being a little store. They are always so friendly and kind as well which is always such a bonus ☺️

Great little shop with a variety of cigars and other tobacco products. The only thing that kept me from rating this a five star is the lack of experience of the people behind the counter with cigars.

This smoke shop has lots of interesting things in it, including lots of smoking apparatuses and a wide variety of vapes and tobacco. The two female staff members working that night were very helpful and polite. Definitely a positive experience.

I had a terrible experience at the store today i bought a bong and a torch yesterday and the torch was one of those alien blaster torches for 40 dollars it looked so cool i tried to use it the very next day after purchaes it didnt work i tried calling the store before going back and nobody answered so i thought it was probably busy i went to the atore and brought the torch I was explaining to the lady behind the counter, the one who sold it to me yesterday who says she’s the general manager with blonde hair At the Royal Avenue location, I went in there, brought it in and explained to her what was going on and not even two minutes into me explaining she cut me off told me I didn’t need to talk a lot which was very rude and appalling because I was just explaining what was wrong with the Product and when I asked her why she was being rude to me. She started freaking out and going off on me and getting upset when I was just genuinely wondering because yesterday she was so nice to me and then all because the item isn’t working she’s mad at me and starts treating me like crap and when I asked to speak to a manager, she laughed in my face and said she was the manager and said she’s worked there for 10 years that nothing I can do will get her fired When I didn’t even say anything about getting her fired, she was being very rude and saying condescending remarks the whole time that she was exchanging my torch out, so I said I’m gonna contact the owner and the Better Business Bureau before I left and she told me to never return all of this because I purchased a torch and it didn’t work and I was explaining to her Work and she got mad at me and basically said that I think she’s stupid and she knows what she’s doing to have someone like this be working at a store for 10 years probably has made you lose a lot of business. This lady was beyond rude for no reason and very disrespectful for absolutely no reason to me when I I didn’t even do anything And was just trying to figure out why the torch I just bought and didn’t even use wasn’t working and she got mad at me for no reason and started freaking out and flipping out and being very rude. I think the owner definitely needs to look into this, and if you are the owner at this store, please reach out to me because this is beyond wrong and I will be reaching out to the better Business Bureau and reporting the sale edit : what do u mean what else do I want why would ur employee berate me and be very rude for no reason that’s something that’s not even being acknowledged
