Chillzone is hands down one of the best spots in Portland. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, clean, and laid-back—exactly what you want from a shop like this. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make solid recommendations, and never rush you. You can tell they actually care about their customers and know their products inside and out. The selection is top-tier—great variety, quality products, and fair pricing. Everything is well organized, and the shop itself is always spotless, which says a lot. If you’re looking for a place with great service, great energy, and people who know what they’re doing, Chillzone is the move. Highly recommended—this is a Portland staple. 💯

I went in here cuz I didn’t want to deal with the rude guy that works 162nd Glisan market. When I walked in the guy working Ismeal (I probably spelled that wrong) was beyond cool. He was friendly and helpful. I drive right by the other store and go the extra just because of the customer service from a really cool guy. Thank you!!

This is a new store for this area. It is clean & quiet. The gardening could use great improvements. Seem to have lower prices than neighboring copeditors. I find it's caged up look to be offsetting. It could definitely use some improvements to the exterior welcomeness. I find it odd that the check out register is located at the back of the store & not at the door. They are highly susceptible to grab & dash shop lifting. The clerks seem to be un attentive & uninterested.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars, no hesitation. OMYD deserves a raise, he is always very pleasant and sweet when we come in. We called exactly 28 other smoke shops and gas stations on Christmas night around 8pm looking for Feel Free and cigarettes, every single one either didn’t answer, was closed, or didn’t have what we needed. Chillzone Smoke Shop was the only place that answered the phone. Not only that, they were kind, patient, and actually open on Christmas, and they had exactly what we were looking for. When we came in, the store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop, which honestly made a stressful night feel way calmer. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Huge thank you to Chillzone for coming through when literally no one else did. We won’t forget it, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend. 🙌

Great prices on vaps but kinda disappointed I drove all the way here to find out they are closed when it says opens at 6am.
