Decent enough prices and selection, but the employee I encountered the most was extremely unpleasant. Very condescending attitude. I felt like I annoyed him just being there. I’m definitely not a demanding “Karen” either. I saw him treat everyone else the same. I gave it a couple tries, since I know everyone has bad days. After the third time of feeling uncomfortable, decided not to come back.

The prices are good that’s the only reason I shop here because the employees especially Nick are extremely Rude! This store is unprofessional and the employees are unhelpful and act bothered when you ask them for anything which is there job because you can’t grab anything yourself in the store! Like I said great prices if you want to deal with Rude, unfriendly , miserable employees!!! And watch out for Nick he wears glasses and he is not helpful and downright a terrible person who shouldn’t be working as he is always miserable and negative and rude to customers!!

Prices a decent but I agree the gray haired lady is very rude for no reason. I think management could do better with hiring someone with a better personality.

The woman who works here with the silver hair has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never met such a rude person. The men who work here are helpful, friendly and polite. Unfortunately I will never set foot in Tobacco Town again due to the woman's absolutely terrible attitude. I hope one day she finds peace and stops taking her anger out on innocent patrons.

They have the best priced Geek Bars in Portland that I've found. The last time I was there my vape was faulty, that happens sometimes, and the employee replaced it for me no issues. FYI, always check that it works before you leave any store.
