Incredible customer service and great products! Seriously, I don’t write reviews often, but I had to for these guys. I pulled up on my scooter right as they were about to close, which is usually when most people have had enough and are ready to go home. I’m currently using crutches. I know, I know, the scooter doesn’t seem to make sense here, but trust me, it does lol. Anyways, I was struggling to secure my scooter and make it into the store in time. Ash, who I believe is the owner, noticed I was having a hard time and immediately came over to help. These days, that alone is impressive enough. As I made my way into the store, I looked back and realized he had, I’m assuming, his partner and little one waiting for him in the car. His kind act didn’t take much of his time, or the time of those waiting for him, but it left an extremely strong impression on me about what kind of man he is, and in turn, what kind of business he is operating. From there, Mark provided exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped steer me in the right direction, all while being warm, patient, and genuinely friendly. I was also given wonderful customer service on another occasion by a female employee there as well. Xylo has easily earned my business and will continue to keep me as a customer. I highly recommend stopping in sometime and giving them a chance to earn your business too. Thank you, Xylo. 50 stars.

I love this shop so much!! The owner is the coolest guy ever! They have the best set up, best selection and best prices! The store is gorgeous and clean, with an awesome set up where you can see each vape brand so well! They also carry cool non vape stuff. I always have my bf pick up insense when he’s grabbing my vapes! You will absolutely not regret checking this place out!

2 stars only because I used to really like coming here. They have been consistently out of stock of Novo 5 pods the last few months. When I called in today to ask if the pods had restocked I was told they were, only to arrive 20 minutes later to them completely out. Not sure I'll be wasting time taking a trip across town to restock here anymore...
