I recently bought a pipe from JM Boswell's online. The pipe arrived in great condition, and they even left me a 1 oz sample of their Majestic 586 house blend. What an amazing surprise! I enjoyed their houseblend very much and will be placing an order again soon. Someday I hope to visit the store in person. Thank you J.M. Boswell's for an excellent customer experience.

This is a great business that is order online with frequently. I especially like the fact they are family owned. I’ve never had an issue and have no doubts they would correct anything that came up. I especially enjoy their tobacco blends, with Northwoods leading the pack for me. I’ve bought one of their handmade pipes almost fifteen years ago and it is a quality piece. I’m looking forward to visiting the shop in the future!

Stopped in to the shop off of 22 yesterday since I was in the area and I have to say I was more than impressed. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time trying Boswell blends so I only picked up a couple ounces to try. I have no doubts that I will enjoy them but regardless I will be coming back to buy from them again just on the experience alone.

Really great place. Been Ordering online for years and decided to make an hour detour to stop in while going across the state. Man was it worth it. Young guy named frank helped me out. Super friendly guy and extremely knowledgeable on all things Boswell. I was so enamored with the pipe and tobacco selection, I forgot to look in the humidor. The experience has me seriously trying to find a reason to happen back through alexandria on 22.
