I had to return something that didn’t work and when I returned it I was just treated like I was trying to get over on them or something. All I wanted to do was exchange it for one that actually worked. Anyway I got one that worked but all I’m saying is do better guys.

I've been shopping at tobacco for less for decades and I've never been treated as poor as I was today. I was in my usual store and was interested in purchasing some new equipment. The worker Kenny asked me if I was there to actually buy something or if I was just seeing if I could afford it. I asked his name and his managers name he told me "don't worry about it I'm quitting in three days" I get it I've had jobs I was unhappy with but I wouldn't start treating customers like that, especially if I gave a two week notice.

Stopped in here earlier intending to just look and and ended up buying a few things. Didn't get the name of the guy that helped me (sorry man, if you read this I was the one that bought the skull pipe and screens and stuff) but he was really friendly and because of him I feel like I made the most of my visit. Definitely want to go back eventually despite it being a decent drive away from my home. If I'm in the area again, this place will be at the top of my mind

Stopped in looking for a specific product the other day. Brittany was working the counter and was very nice and helpful. Nice, clean, and organized store. Would definitely go out of my way to shop there again. Thanks, Brittany!

On my first visit to the store I met the owner who was very nice guy. This store is large. They have a great inventory and wonderful employees. The store is clean and inviting. Glass shop in the back with some very unique pieces. The prices are comparable to other similar store in the area and they offer a rewards program that is lacking IMHO. I don't spend enough money to make it worth it. I don't even put my purchases on my rewards account. As far as I am concerned the program doesn't even exist.
