I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store involving an older, tall white male cashier. I purchased one pack of Bali Hai cigarettes. The cashier told me my card did not work, so I paid again using another payment method. Later, my account showed a pending $9.82 charge from Allentown Smoke Shop anyway, meaning I was charged twice for one pack of cigarettes. When I called the store about it, the same cashier asked me for my full credit card number over the phone so he could “look up the receipt.” I refused. No customer should be asked to give their full card number to a cashier over the phone. He also did not want to provide the owner’s name at first, which made the situation feel even more suspicious and unprofessional. I have proof of the charge and the date of the transaction. I am asking the owner or manager to review the register records and camera footage and refund the extra charge. Customers should be careful, keep their receipts, and check their bank statements after shopping here. Also, the Bali Hai cigarettes were stale. They should keep them in a humidity-controlled room. And I am from out of town... smh..

This place SUCKS. They rush you out the store and can’t help you with nothing. 420 selection is a joke and 1.5 more expensive than the shop across the street or down the street. Over priced store you pay 30$ for the same item you can find across the street for a better price and better vibes. Notice the good reviews are YEARS old. Just saying…

Been coming here for a couple of months now and I ran into an issue with these Montecristo mini cigars. I got four bad ones exactly like this one in this pack and two in the previous, but I thought it was a fluke so I didn’t really say anything. I got another one today and it was a bad batch as well, but I took it back to the store and the order made good on it and replaced it for me

Best selection of cigars in Lehigh County. Great cigars for all budgets. My go to place for years.

Owner has an extremely short temper and gets mad if you politely ask if the store carries a certain product. Used to be my go to before this new guy took over. Seems to want you out of the store as soon as possible the second you walk in the door. Not good for business! Vape and Smoke on Tilghman street has polite staff and a better selection.
