I've modified my review as I recent purchased an xros vapresso 4. I asked when purchasing if it was the newest model, it's not there's an xros5. That's fine. My device is pink so I don't mind. I've had the device a few weeks and vapresso is the only refillable device I've used within the last 5yrs using various models. The pods are the same across devices which I like. I noticed yesterday even with the button off to fire. I will hit the device for 1second and the device will continue firing on its own for about 7seconds thereafter the puff counter counts hundreds of puffs. I called today and despite purchasing the device at the location there is nothing they can do, but offer 20% off another device. I understand they can't return it, but what a way to support a loyal customer and back up products being sold in the shop. I am disappointed as I paid a bit more than I would online for an updated model. That's fine I understand there's all kinds of shipping and other related fees. That's why I purchase locally. I will post a video of what I am describing. Overall disappointed. I used the pod that came with the device and always get 45mg or 55mg salt nic which I've used since vaping with no issue. This device is def faulty and it's my loss. Not the shops fault, will reach out to the manufacturer, but overall disappointed. Close convenient fair priced staff is friendly wide selection and verity for all needs. Point/rewards system for future purchases. Plenty of selection on devices

This is a nice little place that is actually much bigger than it seems. It’s been around for years, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection for all kinds of things 🤩

I went in to purchase a cartridge and upon testing it in a battery I had purchased elsewhere failed(I’m guilty of dropping it alot) I came back in wanting a refund ….i told them my battery didn’t work anymore and an employee Gavin gave me one of his personal batteries …….this place has an awesome mom and pop shop vibe definitely check them out
