I usually have a really good experience but as of lately I been running into newer worker that want to be confirmational and just don't want to help you no matter how long you been a customer I been going here for the last 7 years I've had an account for that last 4 years and the new workers will treat you like ur a 17 year old trying to steal a vape I'm a grown man and I useally get treaded as such but Everytime there's a new worker they just want to test you and push the point on most things like not showing product and not wanting to answer questions just ridiculous I get treated as I haven't been going there since I was 18 when the owner knows me and treats me as such please talk to ur workers and let them know we have people that been coming here for years and deserve at least to be heared

Poor customer service. Does not take returns on defective products. Long time customer lost today.

Took my kids to there arcade 14 and 16 to show them what video games used to be. Soon after arriving my 14 year old daughter said the older gentleman with a long grey beard approached her asking her if she wanted candy while she played. Cool right way wrong the “candy” she presented me was a pill capsule with a powdery brown substance police were notified I don’t want anyone else’s kids not paying attention eat some horrible substance

I dont mind paying extra for customer service and it was top notch service but 3 times the price for the vape and 1 coil for $9 seems excessive. I honestly would have returned this, but I see NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS on my receipt. So it looks like i will be the one not returning. I would give the prices 1 star and the service 5 stars if I could.
