I work across the street so I am always running over for drinks, snacks, lottery, or nicotine. Hands down Pam and Terry are my favorite workers, they are always so nice and helpful. I always feel more than welcomed walking in the door. All of us at my store love going there they remember every single one of our usual buys to an exact “T”.

Went in for the first time on 7/14 at 10:40. I purchased a strawberry mango geek bar and a pack of Virginia slim blues. The woman at the counter was so sweet and we talked about key lime pie for a minute before she checked me out. Incredibly helpful with finding everything. I didn’t catch her name but you know who you are!!! You had dark brown hair up in a clip I think. She was SO sweet and she solidified me as a customer for this place haha.

I have always enjoyed stopping here. The prices are of course important. But, that is not my most important reason for shopping and coming here. For me it's getting brands that you can't get from other stores. The brand that I come here to get is Aura. The people who work here are friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. All around excellent qualities!

Puff Super Value, on Pleasant Valley Blvd., is a great place to pick up Lotto tickets, cigarettes, cigars and lighters. The ladies that work there are some of the nicest people in town! Always welcoming and friendly too and they offer drive thru service. Plus they have the best prices in town.

I take my cousin here every month for him to spend 100+ dollars to get his tobacco for the month and while there I always buy a few cans of chew. And for whatever reason, the old man there is always rude to my cousin. Today, I asked the worker about the Copenhagen ad that said buy 2 cans for 2.45 each and she said yes it’s on sale if you buy 2. I bought a couple cans of Grizzly and then saw the ad that said 2.45 per can for Skoal. So again I asked her (the manager) and she said “yes when you buy 2 cans), so I said I’ll take 2 cans to try it. She attempted to ring it up and it rang up at 11+ dollars and she said “not sure what’s going on, I’ll have to call corporate “ my cousin heard this and asked the older man about the pricing for his Copenhagen as he was being rang up. The guy got snippy with him and ignored his actual question about the ad saying 2.45 per can, and knowing my cousin wouldn’t say anything, I walked over to check and saw they charged him over 5.50 per can instead of 2.45 per can. So I said to my cousin “that overcharged you”, then the older man snaps back at me extremely rude “no I didn’t. That’s not what the price says” and I said “ah, yes it is” albeit with a condescending tone because I couldn’t believe an employee just spoke this way to me. Then instead of correcting her employee, the manager yells at me not to use that tone with her employee. I looked at her in disbelief and I said he started this whole thing. In which she states “I know he did but you still don’t need to”. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? What kind of business are you people running here?? Well, certainly not the type that will get my money, or my cousins money from now on. You need to train your employees, especially the ones working Tuesday September 30th at 8am at the 701 PV Blvd location how to treat customers with some manners or else you won’t have customers.
