My girlfriend bought kratom last night. Female at counter handed hee one. My girlfriend questioned that it was the wrong one. The employee assured her it was the one for energy. I'm now watching my friend super groggy and is sick to her stomach. Just a bunch of BS that she was assured it was the correct one and now my friend is very I'll. Apparently employee didn't bother to go out of her way or tell my friend that she was unsure. If you work customer service you do customer service. If you don't want bothered get a telemarketing job.

The older woman with the blond hair was really rude to me yesterday. I’m definitely done going to this store. That’s not good customer service!

Always a good chay, that place is alive and successful due to the manager, she is awesome keeps you coming back.
