I ordered my first 41 piece bundle for $129.00 When it came in, after shipping promptly, I was shocked the package was five sticks short. I sent an email to the help desk, got a prompt kind reply and less than a week later, five sticks were in my hands. I tried my first stick, a beautiful figurado maduro from Penn Standard and it was delicious. Second stick was a Nub Cameroon and it was terrific. Thank you Cigar Page for all you do for us frugal smokers. Even if you are owned by the Cigar Mafia, you are appreciated by me. Keep those deals rolling.

they dont return calls like they promised. had a pricing issue i found on something i wanted was told they'd call me right back. i think that was like a month ago now. its a shame because i love the selection of cigars they keep. more than likely lost me as a customer considering 1st order i ever made was nearly $400. not cool to ghost your customers who spend good hard earned money

Absolutely terrible experience with Cigar Page. I was double charged through PayPal for a single purchase, which is already unacceptable. I had to go out of my way to open a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back. They eventually issued the refund—but instead of resolving things professionally, they went ahead and removed my account entirely. No explanation, no accountability, nothing. This is not how you treat customers. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything. Clearly, they have no idea how to run a proper operation. I won’t be coming back.

Overall I don't have any major issues. I've been purchasing for Cigar Page for over 2 years now and love their pricing. Are they always shipped efficiently? Probably not but I do get them as per the tracking info. I see some people complain about the cigars being stale. All cigars can be saved by a humidor unless they have cracks in the wrap. I NEVER immediately smoke a cigar that was shipped to me no matter where I purchase it from. I always keep it in my humidor for a couple of weeks before smoking. That should fix any dryness problem. I get cigars from various sellers based on price, and have experienced dry cigars at one time or another from all of them. That's why I don't immediately smoke them. When I was in a high end California smoke lounge and paid top dollar for a premium cigar, it was dry and cracked apart while I was smoking it. That was truly a real bummer. When you purchase a cigar at a lounge, you expect it to be smokeable. When having a cigar shipped, you never know what the shipping environment is like.

An outstanding establishment! You simply can’t get better prices or a better team to deal with your online purchases.
