Beware! Do not go here they sell broken, vapes and batteries and then you’re screwed once you get home and realize it doesn’t work because they do not refund. I spent $60 on a battery and vape that were both defective. The girl at the register was mean and she told me oh well! We don’t give refunds! So unless you take a puff in the store, you’re not Going to know if your merchandise is faulty or not!!!

I live nearby, and I can literally confirm that the times listed on the sign are the actual opening hours. The staff are friendly, and there are plenty of options. Keep up the great work! 🫶🏻

Unfortunate customer service experience. I recently purchased a vape that I found out was faulty shortly after purchasing. I went in the next morning to explain and ask for a refund and was told that it was against store policy and all sales are final. I tried explaining it was not working and you could see all the oil was still in the reservoir. I left and I tried calling back later and was accused of trying to get free product and that I “tampered” with the vape. Extremely disappointing reaction as I used to shop there often. I wasn’t expecting anything for free but the experience was awful.

This place has a lovely space and amazing customer service. This is my third time in and I’ve been treated very kindly and professionally!
