I purchased a vape here. I took it out of the box in store, tested it, and it worked. Unfortunately, I did not know that the charger was busted. I approached this situation calmly and with a smile, because I understand that things happen. I ultimately would have liked it to be replaced or to be reimbursed.The lady who worked there was quite rude, and did not have even a modicum of patience with me. I brought the card that I used to pay for the device, and told her the time I purchased it. I was told that I should have looked it over (I did), and it wasn't her responsibility. I was told that I should contact the shipper. That's nonsense. If I buy milk at a store, do I have to contact the wholesaler or the farm where they got it? I was accused of being argumentative and treated like I was a thief or low life. I didn't necessarily expect a positive outcome with this, but I should have been treated with more respect, rather than written off immediately. I come from a customer service background and I know that is not how you treat customers. If someone is too old and cantankerous, I would suggest another job that does not involve dealing with customers. Maybe I am old school, but when you buy a device from somewhere and the product is damaged, the store owns that product. They should not pass that cost on to the customer. If the owner would like to respond to this situation and deal with me directly, I will be more than happy to take this negative review down. I understand people are trying to make a living. I don't want to make things difficult, and I almost never complain. Having said that, I really did not appreciate being treated like trash. I was there at 11:30 am on Thursday, 11/20/2025.

Great deals on vapes!

This is such a convenient little mom and pop store! The staff is always so helpful and know my brands so that they can help me as soon as I pull up. They are trained well for customer service and I will always choose this store over any other store around!

Staff is always super nice. Variety of tobacco, kratom, drinks, snacks, cbd, etc. Kratom is more fairly priced then most vape shops.

Always pop in there for something. Used to roll tobacco amd bought their machines. Recently found out they sell the Novo and the pods which was a pleasant surprise. There's one girl, I think the owners daughter: whom always seems confused about prices; which is my only complaint. Used to think they were slightly pricey on concessions, but average now. In and out, items in hand!
