We were regular weekly customers since shortly after the store opened. Took a break for a few months and went to another store. We just got very tired of the regular clerk there. He was high many times or was alternately argumentative/inappropriate with sharing personal details and stories about himself. Two weeks ago we decided to give him another chance. Cigarette prices are not a bargain but the location is convenient. Leaving now forever. Clerk continues to be rude and argumentative. This guy doesn't seem to have a clue what customer service means. I'd go into details, but that might take hours - literally. This place deserves zero stars. Just so sad and unnecessary.

Do not buy your cigars here! The humidor, although large, and boasting a great selection, is drier than a popcorn fart in the Sahara. I bought one cigar while here that I never had before. The box was 2/3 empty, so it's not like it was just opened and hadn't stabilized. It was so dry that when I cut it, it started cracking and peeling. The filler in the cut was as dry as sand. I should've known by how warm the walk-in humidor was from the tower heater running in the corner, but with as cold as it has been in the recent weeks, I dismissed it. If your going to spend your hard earned cash on a premium cigar, find a better place that knows how to care for their selection.

The short Indian heavy set guy working in the store very rude and dismissive. Asked a question and he had an attitude what a perfect way to run off customers. Due to his dismissive response as if he wanted me to leave the store i took my business elsewhere where.

Owner is so nice and personable. I won't go anywhere else for vapes since I have found this place. Prices are very reasonable and the establishment is clean. Highly recommend.

A large selection but very pricey. I needed coils for my Smok rpm 5, I usually order online but ran short while waiting for my other to arrive. I checked and made sure they had them in stock, they did. They are $10.99 or $11.99 online, depending on the seller. At this shop they were $21.99, ten dollars more!!! Live and learn, I will make sure I don't run out again!
