I would say I’ve been a regular customer at this location since moving to the area 3-4 years ago. Shopping here every 2 weeks on average with an average spend in the 60-100 dollar range. As for the store itself: -It is well lit -The staff are very welcoming and helpful Very knowledgeable. -The place is kept very well cleaned. -Good and diverse stock. It is what kept me coming back. So why the 2 star? Today I was sold a defective bottle of juice. I made the purchase. Drove less than 5 minutes home. Went to fill my Nord and the seal at the nozzle on the bottle was cracked. All that to say I went to swap it out with a non defective item less than 10 minutes after the initial purchase. The clerk working tested the bottle, assumed user error, and refused replacement. That type of service shows me a distinct lack of customer care policy with the business. Going forward I’ll be making my purchases elsewhere within the neighborhood and would advise customers who like to be respected in their patronage and transactions with a business to avoid this location as well.

My go to store for my vape juice and pods, they always have what I need in stock, staff is super pleasant and helpful if I need, and I love that it always smells good because of the incense.
