The other shop is better. Maybe ran by the same people but the other shop is nicer, better deals. I'm a regular at both and the way I'm treated at each location is totally different. I went to this one today and had issues. Bought a cart there yesterday it stopped working for no literal reason, the guy behind the counter even took it and tried to hit it and nothing happened. They tried to tell me the best they could do is give me a discount on a new cart and wanted me to purchase a more expensive one whenever I just spent money there yesterday on a brand new cart that was half the price! This shop is a total rip off and literally just cares about your money. I support this business too much to be taken for granted like that. I spend 100s each week and tbh shout-out to the OG tobacco hut!!! I buy my cigs, 3.5s, dabs, etc there. Only came to this location because the OG recommended you guys.. (never again)! I'll continue to take my business to the OG store. Take it from my experience! Do not waste your money here. I'm very disappointed.

Where to start? Is it the amazing selection and variety? Is it the overall ambiance and vibe? Or is it the absolute above and beyond customer service from the young men working up front? To me, it's all the above. They treat each customer with the care and respect they deserve and are extremely patient when dealing with customers who are uncertain of their selections at the store. Their deals are unmatched when it comes to the staggering variety they offer. My wife and I love this store and it's employees.

This store smells good everytime I walk in, very clean and friendly employees. They have an amazing selection of anything you may be looking for at great prices. I love this store

Best smoke shop in butler, been goin to these cats for years, they treat me like a king, I get amazing deals every time. Every employee here is a legend, they even fixed my windshield after smashing it in their parking lot. Amazing place 10/10!

Staff is so kind and friendly. They always go out of their way to help us out and really understand their products. I'd recommend them to anyone ☺️
