I was in the shop recently and there was an item that was buy one get one free. The cashier was not 100% positive how to do it so I paid for both items and didn’t get a free one.. I stopped back down Wednesday And was given the same deal, but this time got my free one. I just would like to have the item free that it was supposed to the first time somebody could reach out to me. I have no problem going into the store to pick it up. I understand sometimes employees may not know how to do something, but that should not mean that the customer doesn’t get a special that’s listed

After purchasing a new glass piece I went home to fill it with water just to find out it won’t hold water, I call to see about a replacement not even a refund , and was met with a no return policy and I don’t know where my manager is or when they’ll be in. I understand not wanting to do return policies on glass, especially if it’s been used but nonetheless it’s still just bad business practice. Just because I put water in. It doesn’t mean that it can’t be returned, 46$ down the drain.

They switched from geek bars to nevux which looks like geek bar dupes. I decided fine I'll give it a shot because I didn't have time to stop anywhere else before work. It was completely a dud within 3/4 days when geek bars last me a whole week or more. Don't waste your money on those vapes.
