TLDR; some products are decently marked up above retail , employees at this location not always helpful. I’m a frequent customer of excitement . Usually I LOVE coming to this location because of their huge selection. Last time I was here the employee didn’t have really any knowledge on smoking supplies but he was atleast friendly and nice. Yesterday the day employee had very little customer service , I was in the market for a water piece and he wasn’t really friendly or helpful other than telling me the prices of the ones I asked for, which were all out of my budget . One particular piece from a brand im familiar with was $40 over retail price from buying it straight from the manufacturer, I get you pay for convience but that seems steep to me for a basic non unique piece. He did not help me find what would fit my budget, and then was sarcastic when I decided not to leave and not purchase anything. Went to their other location right after and had an AMAZING experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called in and was able to reach a very pleasant gentleman who was able to answer all my questions!!! And even more pleasantly surprised when I came into the store and was met with the same gentleman named Bair! He was so sweet, informative, and understanding!!! The store is clean, well lit, easy parking, and was very well organized. I appreciate Bair beyond words for helping me today with everything I needed!!! Thank you Bair!!!

I had the best experience with the sales associate, Amber! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the devices. Her advice changed my decision regarding my purchase, and I couldn’t be happier! She just knew what I needed.
