This is the best smoke shop in Pennsylvania Mike and Ms Kim is the most honorable people I have know in my life! So if any one say different they just want to cause problems so stop on in and meet them wonderful people

Discount smoke shop is my go to when I’m in the Carbondale area. They carry great products and some of the best hemp flower I’ve seen anywhere else. Staff is friendly and treats you with respect.. I’ll always support small businesses that put in as much effort as they do on the daily . keep up the good work especially with the new location in Scranton Pa

WORST smoke shop in Carbondale. Overpriced and certain workers are extremely rude (something I see too often w/ these type of foreign-owned shops, ironically). This one can't be bothered to keep restocking the more affordable hemp products I buy...last time I was looking for the same thing I always buy from right on the counter, and the young girl (their daughter??) Comes out and waves her hands at me rudely (to get out of her way), and then tries to sell me a $26 replacement for the $6 product I would always buy (when they had it). Her rudeness is usual, but this time was too much, I'll wait til I can find something elsewhere from now on. Believe all the reject vape sale reviews I see, here...they claim to replace if you try it before you leave but -- shocker- they often work upon first puff and then stop working right After the door literally closes behind you...turn right around and re-enter and ... even if you spend lots of money there they couldn't be bothered to make it right. So there "policy" works in their favor, the way they play it. Customer service isn't in their language, they seem to think it means customers are there to serve them....

I've been coming to this smoke shop for the past two years, and it's hands down the best one around. The vibe is always friendly and welcoming, and the staff really make the experience top-notch. There's a sweet girl who works there regularly—she’s always got a smile on her face, super helpful, and just a genuinely kind person. She consistently hooks it up with great deals and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. Whether you're a regular like me or just stopping in for the first time, you’ll feel right at home. The selection is solid, prices are fair, and you can tell the people working there actually care about their customers. Highly recommend this spot!

I go here for all of my vape needs. Staff is very professional and helpful
