I’m new to the vaping, I’ve been a cigarette smoker for 20+ years and with these temps, time to switch!! He helped me find something close to my cigarettes and showed me how to use them!! Thank you!

Bought brand new vape opened it up and something busted inside and covered me with this blue dye.Took it back the owner took it out of my hands and started puffing on it which is absolutely disgusting.Told me is tasted fine and said there’s nothing wrong with it.I gave him a ultimatum take care of his customers or we will take our business elsewhere (3 of us)He said ok and walked away.losing 100s over a 20 piece of junk.Yet another store owner that doesn’t care only if they can squeeze every last penny from you and save a dollar.Sad

Honestly very dissatisfied with service here. My wife was sold an open vape and was told she didn't need to buy the battery bank that corresponded to the vape and the battery in the vape didn't even last a whole day and we were told it was chargeable without the bank. Come to find out that it needs the bank to be used. Never had a worse experience in our lives. Will probably never return here. Absolutely terrible so we are now left with a vape that was severely overcharged as I found a whole kit for the exact same vape(including the battery bank) online for cheaper than we were charged, and by a solid 10 or more dollars less.

I love this place customer service is amazing. You'll never have any issue with a disposable vape here. As long as you check it while in the store. If you leave and come back theres nothing they can do. This business goes over and beyond to accommodate customers.

I have been going to Neal's for 5+ years now great place for all your vape needs and tobacco the new building is huge with lots of inventory. The staff have lots of knowledge and can help with any of your questions and they are very friendly people 10/10 recommend
