Krystal is an awesome employee and is very knowledgeable about the products and suggesting new flavors to try ! Cannot find a bad thing to say about vast at all ! Great store and amazing customer service all around

No matter who's in the store when I go, its always a beautiful, loving and uplifting atmosphere. I especially love Krystal, she's always smiling, carrys conversations, and a joy to talk to and a blessing to know. This store should teach other businesses their type of customer service, because great customer service is hard to find anymore. Keep up the great work and continue to be yourselves.

Vast Vapor has been my go to. Both Maugansville and Chambersburg. Lately I've been using the Chambersburg store. I'd like to give a.big shout out to Crystal. Not only did she know what flavors I used right off the bat. But solved my problem with new tanks I bought. Crystal not only a professional but was also a caring individual. Thank you again Crystal.

Went in knowing what I wanted but not knowing what my wife wanted. Staff was very helpful in finding me what she needed. The shop was very clean and organized.

These people know their stuff. The service and knowledge shared with me after walking through the door was unlike any other vape shop I’ve been to in recent times. I’m not from the area but would highly recommend to anyone that knows anything about vapes beyond disposables.
