They were super patient, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to show me all the newest items instead of just trying to rush a sale. The selection was crazy, so many flavors, devices, and unique products I hadn’t even seen before. They introduced me to some new arrivals and explained everything really well, which made the experience feel personal and fun. The shop itself was clean, organized, and had a really good vibe. I ended up leaving excited about my purchase because they genuinely helped me find something I’d enjoy. You can tell they care about their customers and stay up to date with the latest products. Thankful for this store. I had just gotten off a plane and was a little stressed, but everyone there went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I was treated with real kindness and respect truly lived up to the “City of Brotherly Love.” They even sent me off with a few free samples. Really appreciate the hospitality.

Amazing smoke and vape shop with a solid selection and great prices. The guys working there were extremely friendly, welcoming, and actually knew their products. They took their time answering my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed instead of just pushing a sale. Customer service like that is rare these days. On top of all that, they surprised me with a discount after I left a review, which really shows how much they appreciate their customers. This is my favorite place when it comes to purchasing Vapes. They are Always stocked with the flavor that I ask for which is “Pineapple Strawberry Banana” !!! And don’t get me started on the Price …… REASONABLE is the only word spoken. I LOVE IT HERE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS … Chef’s Kiss !!!
