The dark haired young man is so personable its unreal now a days... I requested a certain flavor of vape, and he got it for me within a week. Everytime I go in the shop, everyone is so kind. I think I met the owners once, briefly, amd even they wanted to know and how things were and took criticism non personal, yet fixed it , and now I dont like going anywhere else.. unless I absolutely have to. A good bunch of folks. Thats how a business should ran, and definitely belongs in our community.prices are absolutely fair for a moment and pop business.. everyone with inflation anymore has to have a bit pricey products.. but by the way the staff has treated the customers, I have been satisfied with them. Of course I could find cheaper, or deals... but truthful, I dont want to because of their conversations.. not sales based, simply, humans just trying to earn a living. I have NOT had one rude or head locked experience. And ive been buying their products since day 1.... good on them.

Hershal has been such a great help every time I stop in 309 Smoke Shop. Not only did he sign me up for the points system, he ALWAYS has my favorite flavor in stock. Love this place!

Today was the first time I was ever there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off a UPS package and buy lottery tickets. Super convenient. I'm sure I'll be back.
