Was in the store for under 4 minutes looking around and the lady behind the counter was telling me to hurry up and I was taking to long. Lots of stuff for sale and a wide variety. She was rude and she was taking care of guests at the same time and I didn't see a need to be so rude when I came to spend money. Great store but customer service lacks.

Typical tobacco store. The staff are not too friendly, and sometimes you feel like you are bothering them. However, if you ask for help, they will help you.

I went there to purchase cigars, and I was overcharged by 20 cents. When I questioned the overcharge of the marked price, the Indian owner ripped off the marked price, and kept my 20 cents plus tax. Another instance, I won $100 on a scratch-off, and then purchased a $20 scratch-off. In the confusion of exchanging winnings, and making another lottery ticket; the Indian owner took $80 of the $100, and put it in the cash register. When I realized that I didn't receive the $80, I informed the owner; and they had to review their security cameras; before they discovered that they in fact had put my $80 in the cash register. Then gave me my $80. So watch out for your purchases, when conducting business with these unscrupulous people.

Lady at the counter was ready nice. I bought the vape and she told me to try in store in case doesn’t work she can exchange right there.

Vapes are too high! Can get two vapes in Scranton for 24.99. Tobacco Joe's one vape is 18 dollars!! Wife is nice but husband is not so nice!
