This shop is hands-down one of the best around! The selection is hand picked with love by the owner down to the last, smallest item. You can tell they really stand behind what is sold in that shop, with pride. They have everything from starter kits to high-end mods and an impressive variety of juices, torches, even some really nice accessories! The staff is super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind and very helpful—whether you’re new to vaping, don't smoke at all, or are a longtime customer, you will find there is something for everyone [of age] in this shop. 😉 The staff will take the time to guide you without being pushy. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, super esthetically pleasing and comfortable, making it easy to browse and find what you need.

Extremely rude service. I’ve been living in the area for 5 years and have never once had an issue popping into a shop with my baby. The employee was incredibly dismissive and bluntly told me I couldn’t enter with my child. I literally walked right across the street to their competitor, where I was welcomed with absolutely no problems. Won't be coming back here.

Cranberry Clouds Smoke Shop is hands down the BEST in town, by a landslide. They’ve got the best prices, the friendliest staff, and an overall atmosphere that you just don’t get anywhere else. Every time I walk in, it genuinely feels like I’m visiting family, not just another store. That kind of vibe isn’t something you fake.. it’s built, and they’ve nailed it. I honestly look forward to stopping in, even when I don’t strictly need anything, because the experience is always positive. Welcoming, chill, respectful, and consistent every single time. If you’re going anywhere else, you’re doing it wrong. Cranberry Clouds sets the standard.

Chelsea is absolutely amazing Everytime I come in, she remembers me and shows an absolute GODSEND to customer service. She deserves a raise and I truly couldn't be more proud to come to a store that I'm remembered at, and listened to. This store is hands down one of the best vape stores that I've been to.

Staff is knowledgeable and as a customer I've always been treated there like a V.I.P. The best vape shop by far in comparison to all other vape shops in the area.
