If I could give it a zero, I would. I went in last week to purchase a pen for my husband to use with his cartridge. I do not smoke. I told the clerk so. I also told him that I needed one that has a heat level and an on and off switch. He took me to the back of the store to show me what was available. He only showed me one. The $25 one. I purchased it and brought it home. My husband charged it overnight and we took it with us the next day. It came on, but couldn’t inhale. It would change heat levels, either. We took it back to the store that day. Less than 24 hours. We were told by the clerk no refunds. That I should have tried it before I left. I don’t smoke! He said did I not read the no refund policy? No, I didn’t see one. It was in the back of the store, right where he was standing. Blocking it. He was rude and belligerent. We will never be back. Not because of the store, but because of the clerk and the refund policy that was never told to me or pointed out.

I am ok with buying cigarettes and cigars from there and other items that don't have a battery but I am very unhappy cause I bought a vape from there and it hit onelce and now it don't work and they will not make it right cause it left the store I am sorry but do to that I will not go there instill I need cigs cause I lost 20 some dollars that I could of used for a bill or food for my house if they didn't want to make it right by giving a replacement vape but hey that just mean u lose business

Turned away at the door because of my color, shame on this business.!! Will be letting others know to not purchase anything at this location, Sheetz or so will do.!! Thanks for the hospitality.

9/8 at noon rude nasty employee with no people skills. Will never go to place again and tell others to avoid the place because of her terrible attitude toward customers
