This vape shop is extremely clean and well-organized with tidy displays , making it easily shoppable. They have a large selection to choose from and are always well stocked. The owner is extremely nice and seems to strive to please his customers. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always so helpful!! Jess goes over and beyond to make her customers feel welcome and well taken care of. If ever she is unable to answer ur questions etc, she is right on the phone with the owner to make sure ur needs are meet. All of which keeps me coming back.

The place gives me weird vibes. When I went in today, there was no attendant in the store. Shortly after both the worker and the owner came out looking like they were just shagging in the back room. They advertise the fogger pods at $26.50 and ring them up at $31 then give you a bullshit excuse as to why it’s more than the price that’s listed. Check out the vape shop in ephrata by redners grocery store. It’s much better prices and no creeper vibes in the store

I was a regular customer, I bought a vape and it didn't work, I called the store right away,they said bring it back for exchange, when I tried to get exchange and they said all sales final, no return, no refund. So I got ripped off, I won't ever spend another penny in this store again
