I have genuinely never left a review before, but this place absolutely deserves one. I showed up literally one minute before closing during a rain storm expecting to be rushed, and instead he stayed open for me, took his time explaining products, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine instead of transactional. I ended up leaving with one of the coolest and most unique glass pieces I’ve ever seen. It fits my vibe perfectly and I’ve never seen anything else like it anywhere, especially for the price. He even gave me an extra deal and threw in a couple things to try out as well. You can tell when someone’s kindness is real, and this was one of those experiences. Definitely earned a loyal customer

Cloud 315 is a very nice store the customer service is also another I’d say a is big 10/10 the guys are very nice and informative they are awesome to also chat with ! I’d say try it out !

Awesome experience — if I could put more stars I would. Kenny helped me with my first visit and man oh man! Such a welcoming and educational experience. He actually showed me knowledge of his products, advertised products I was looking for very well to me (persuasive yall!! Have those wallets READY) He taught me a few things too!! Left with a bag full for a STEAL price wise. Wyatt and Demetrius — I hope I spelt that correctly — helped me and my partner our second time, funny and very polite!!! Love love love the energy💫 Definitely will be coming back more often !!

315 Smoke Shop is hands-down one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever visited. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a clean, well-organized space and staff who genuinely know their stuff. Whether you’re looking for glass pieces, vapes, accessories, or something unique, they always have a great selection with fair prices. What really sets 315 apart is the customer service—friendly, patient, and always happy to help you find exactly what you need without any pressure. They make the whole experience comfortable and easy, even if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. Every visit feels quick, smooth, and enjoyable. If you’re in the area and need a reliable smoke shop with great vibes, high-quality products, and top-notch service, 315 Smoke Shop should be your go-to. Highly recommend!

Best smoke shop in town so far, hopefully they keep it rolling, if they keep it up I'll keep coming around when I have the money to get something but overall all over welcoming and very chill like.
