I never realized how spoiled and lucky I was when I lived 12 minutes away from vape boss. Their selection is not the standard, it's the exception. I moved to Buffalo last year and was taken back by NY's ridiculous legal stance on the sale and distribution of flavored e-liquid. If I want vape juice I have to drive nearly two hours to Erie PA. At which point I discovered most vape shops carry the same few brands. Juice Head, Juice Pod, Jam Monster and Kustard Monster. They're popular brands, and hey to each there own, I find all those brands and their flavors nasty, like as hard as I've tried I don't like any of them. When I would roll into Vape Boss if I ever felt like or desired to try something new i could and the staff was always happy to help and 9 out of 10 times is end up enjoying their recommendations. I miss the place very much no question they run laps around the competition 10/10 not even close best selection, best atmosphere best staff. Looking for a one stop shop for everything vape, look no further

I absolutely love that store I'm always there the owner and all the workers are very nice it's a chill relax place to go not expensive. The lady with the blonde hair such a sweetheart she's awesome she's like a Mom to me great people.

The store is spotless and well stocked. Employees are impressively comfortable navigating inventory. Michelle, Rocco, and Mike- *trying to name everyone* - they are a real dream team!! This is why Vape Boss maintains a brand exclusive level of refinement. I enjoy seeing local businesses occupy their space with lasting intention. I must mention Ms. Michelle. (A gently emerging local-celeb 100%😉) —what a joy! I notice the way in which she connects to her customers: authentically and with immediacy. Having been the subject of said sales skills myself this recent holiday shopping season, I can only applaud it more. She is refreshingly true to herself while putting the person before her, before herself. You remember details like that. I wanted to make a little effort in return here with this review. Keep up the good work guys! p.s. please resist the temptation to become a head shop 🙃🙄😅 theres plenty of that elsewhere... only one Boss of Vapes. 👑 Stay different and sharp. Blessings xx. —Delia

Excellent vape shop as far as inventory and appearance. What earned the 5 stars was the staff. I walked into this shop for the first time today. I was embraced with a welcoming vibe and I didn’t even need to find which disposable suited me. Dalton guided me to the Orion and took a recommendation and actually wrote it down!! Give this man a raise because he is 110% on the ball and will only make this business more money. I am not afraid to review harshly and Vape Boss deserves more than 5 stars based off of my experience with the staff as well as the shops decor and vibe. Thank you for your help and being the great shop you are! Not enough decent shops like this one in the region. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They had my juice which is awesome! Unfortunately when I bought the same juice with same box at another place, I found out they took out the little freebie juice and told me that the box was just made that way. And I believed them. I didnt know juicehead was running a special by a large bottle and there was a freebie in the same box. So thats kinda shady, don't lie and don't take things out of the box.
